1. Who provides the services

Services are provided by INMOSPHERE LLC, a United States company, founded by Mariana Ruiz. Contact: us@inmosphere.com.

2. What we offer

  • Breathing + Function Strategy Session: one 90-minute online session, €90.
  • Personal Repatterning: three months one to one, 8 sessions of 90 minutes, WhatsApp support Monday to Friday and a personal Notion dashboard, €1,390 in full or 3 monthly installments of €470.
  • Breath Repatterning Lab: an 8-week live online group program with 6 months of access to the material, at the price shown when you enrol.

3. Not medical treatment

Our work is functional breath retraining and lifestyle support. It is not therapy, medical diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace your doctor. If you have a heart condition, epilepsy, high blood pressure, a respiratory condition, are pregnant, or have any other diagnosed condition, tell us in your intake form and check with your doctor before starting. You take part at your own responsibility and should stop any practice that feels wrong for you.

4. Payment and installments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If you choose installments, the first payment is charged when you book and the rest are charged automatically each month until the last one, after which the plan ends on its own. Choosing installments is a commitment to the full price: installments must be completed even if you stop attending. Companies can pay; invoices are issued in the company’s name on request.

5. Your right to cancel (EU customers)

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Because our programs start being prepared for you right away, at checkout we ask you to request that the service starts immediately and to confirm you understand that you lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully provided, and that if you cancel within the 14 days after it has started, you pay for the part already provided. If you cancel within 14 days and before your first session or the Lab’s start, you get a full refund.

6. Refunds

Outside the situation described in section 5, all payments are non-refundable: your place, time and personal protocol are reserved for you from the moment you book. If you’re unsure whether a program is right for you, book a Strategy Session first. The €90 is credited toward Personal Repatterning if you continue.

7. Rescheduling, pauses and expiry

  • One to one sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, count as used.
  • If we need to cancel a session, it will always be rescheduled.
  • You can pause Personal Repatterning once, for up to 4 weeks, by letting us know in writing before your next scheduled session. Your remaining sessions are then rescheduled.
  • Personal Repatterning must be completed within 4 months of your first session. Sessions not used in that time expire.
  • Lab live sessions are recorded; missing a live session does not lead to a refund or credit.

8. Credits

The Strategy Session fee (€90) is credited toward Personal Repatterning when you enrol within [60] days. Lab participants who complete all the Lab content can have the full amount they paid for the Lab credited toward Personal Repatterning when they enrol within [90] days of the Lab ending. Credits can’t be exchanged for cash.

9. Your material and ours

All recordings, guides, trackers and materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold or published. Please respect the privacy of other participants: what is shared in the group stays in the group.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version shown at the time of your purchase applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of [the State of New Mexico, USA], without taking away any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
