Who we are

This website and the services offered on it are run by INMOSPHERE LLC, a United States company (“INMOSPHERE”, “we”). Mariana Ruiz is the founder. For anything about your data, write to us@inmosphere.com.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name and email when you join the waitlist, download the free guide, book a session or send an enquiry.
  • Booking and payment details: handled by Cal.com and Stripe. We receive your name, email, what you bought and the payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Intake and session information: if you join Personal Repatterning or the Lab, you may share information about your breathing, health, sleep, digestion, habits and goals, plus measurements such as your BOLT score. This is health-related data and we treat it with extra care.
  • Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or in the community space.
  • Basic technical data from our hosting provider (for example, anonymous page-view statistics and server logs).

Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To deliver what you signed up for (sessions, the Lab, your dashboard, support): to perform our contract with you.
  • To use health-related information to tailor your sessions: only with your explicit consent, given in the intake form. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • To send emails (the guide, waitlist news, occasional updates): with your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To keep accounts, invoices and tax records: because the law requires it.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We use trusted providers that process it on our behalf: Stripe (payments), MailerLite (email), Cal.com (bookings), Zoom (sessions), Google Workspace (email and files), Notion (your personal dashboard), WhatsApp (support between sessions), our community platform for the Lab, and Cloudflare (website hosting). Videos from YouTube only load if you press play. Some of these providers are based outside the EU; where that happens, they rely on approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Session and intake notes: for the length of your program and up to [24] months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Email list: until you unsubscribe. Invoices and payment records: as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to us@inmosphere.com. If you’re in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we’ll ask for your consent first.
