Breath Repatterning Lab

Train the system that runs everything else.

Why this matters

Your breath is connected to your nervous, digestive, immune and lymphatic systems. Improving one improves all.

The Lab is an experiential group training to re-educate your breath, recalibrate your nervous system, and rebuild the internal patterns that determine your clarity, energy, and how you show up in your life.

Breath is the only autonomic function you can consciously control, and the most direct access point into your nervous system, your digestion, sleep, cognition and your stress response. Most people never work with it. This training starts there, and builds up together with the core areas of your life and lifestyle.

What shifts

Before retraining your breathAfter 8 weeks of repatterning
Trouble focusingA sharper mind
Tired when waking upDeeper, better sleep
Reactive to stressKnowing how to navigate stressful waves
Jaw and torso tightnessCalmer, relaxed, present
Inconsistent habitsA routine you can hold
Stuck in old loopsA new identity, starting to take shape

Inflammation in the face, neck or bellyLower inflammation

How we’ll do it

To shift a long-term pattern, we work across your whole internal system.

01

Habits

Two months of looking closely at your breath, sleep, digestion, movement and recovery patterns.

02

Motivation

Every session examines beliefs, identity loops and presence, through guided exercises and additional resources.

03

Knowledge

Every session includes theory: nervous system and respiratory literacy, self-assessments, CO₂ tolerance, airway efficiency and more.

04

Self-management

Systems to reduce decision fatigue, keep your word and support sustainable energy, in a private community space.

The 8 weeks

Two months. Six live weeks, two weeks of self-practice.

Tap a week to see what we cover.

W1Baseline & lifestyle

The Lab begins by measuring together your initial Body Oxygen Level Test (BOLT) and the Maximum Breathlessness Test (MBT). Then we have a conversation about the group’s goals, habits and lifestyle. I’ll already know a bit about you from your intake form, completed first thing after joining.

The first experience is a warm-up: a focused 3-part breathing and breath-hold session.

  • BOLT + MBT
  • Why you breathe the way you breathe
  • Lifestyle foundations: food, sleep, movement, recovery
  • Build your weekly practice system
  • First 3-part + breath-hold sequence
  • Nasal-clearing mini lesson
  • Start the habit tracker
W2One minute breath

CO₂ tolerance is the key to longer, slower breathing, naturally. We develop it through a training session to learn how to breathe more softly, extending the breath up to one minute: one minute, one breath.

This is what most people miss when they practice breathwork. In the midst of media selling you intensity, the first thing we focus on is mastering slower, softer breathing, so your body naturally breathes better, more efficiently and more healthily.

  • What CO₂ actually is, and why your body fears it
  • Nervous system states 101
  • How hyperventilation patterns form
  • CO₂ tolerance ladder
  • The one-minute breath
  • Downregulate when in chaos
W3Breathing stronger

Through my own experience and years of guiding, I’ve observed that most people either don’t bother creating a full, powerful breath, or focus only on intense breaths to “feel more”.

This experience is about unlocking your respiratory muscles and strengthening the mind-muscle connection, while understanding the importance of balance. It’s also how breathwork becomes an effective tool to define your muscles and support body recomposition. Abs through breathing? Completely possible.

  • Strengthening the inhale and exhale
  • Pressure system basics
  • Rib mobility circuits
  • Diaphragm mobility session
  • Airway awareness
  • Beliefs conversation: rewrite “I’m not a calm person”

Breathing stronger is for everyone, but not in the same way for everyone. Pregnant women, highly sensitive people and those with acute asthma lower the intensity to respect their body’s needs, and can still learn to engage the deep core respiratory muscles. That’s why the Lab focuses on building high levels of proprioception.

W4Self-practice · identity integration

By now you have the tools, knowledge and awareness for an effective self-practice. You’ve been following a practice map and updating it throughout. This week is crucial: it shows what you naturally gravitate towards, and where you might need extra work.

  • Independent practice week
  • Submit reflections and trackers
  • Support and Q&A
  • Movement homework
  • “What’s changing in your identity?” check-in

You’ll have community support, and I’m available in our chat Monday to Friday. What you notice this week becomes the roadmap for how you show up in the future.

W5Vacuum training

You’ve probably seen the videos: people drawing their belly all the way in, talking about hypopressives. It’s called Uddiyana Bandha, and it’s one of the few things preached online that actually works.

Where most people get stuck is believing their body already has to look a certain way to start. In this experience you learn how to do it in your own body, with a variety of poses to get you started. All bodies welcome.

  • Intro to abdominal vacuum
  • Pressure management
  • Hollow body work
  • Diaphragm release session
  • Mobility + interoception
W6Circular breathing journey

By now you’ve experienced your breath from every angle: baseline, soft, strong, long, short, breath holds and deeper breath holds. Now it’s time to experience, consciously and prepared, the circular breath, known for its intensity and potential and central to many modern breathing schools.

A lot happens in the mind and nervous system during a circular breathing session: internal conversations, insights, release. By now you’ll notice yourself as a different person, more attentive, calmer and sharper. This session is a meeting with yourself, on an already prepared canvas, with all the tools to receive what you need from it.

  • Emotional thresholds and safety
  • Guided deep session
  • Processing + grounding
  • Identity loop 2: “Who am I now?”
W7Self-practice · identity integration

A second week of integration and practice on your own terms, supported by me and the group. Place your intention in testing how you’ll show up in the future, now that you’ve begun repatterning your identity and your breath.

  • Integration
  • Tracking changes
  • Support
  • Homework
  • Habit reinforcement system
W8Keeping the system alive

We reflect, measure your BOLT and MBT once more, and close with a session focused on the one-minute breath. You’ll have the tools and experience to keep training your breath on your own, and you’ll already be taking steps towards the habits, diet, sleep and exercise you want.

You’ll feel calmer, more present, more organised, and in control of your INternal atMOSPHERE.

  • BOLT + MBT retest
  • Long-term habit plan
  • How to keep the system alive
  • Breath anchors for daily life
  • “Your new baseline” mapping
  • Before / after reflection

Plus a live weekly breathwork practice, new this round.
